Anecdotally, 2L grades rarely seem to be the reason for a no-offer. So take some comfort in that.
Unrelatedly, but more importantly, you've included more than enough information for someone to figure out who you are, should they be so inclined (I'm not, although sometimes I do it for fun). It's up to you whether to leave your post up, but I wouldn't if I were you.
