Are symplicity postings school-specific?
Or should I assume that if a job shows up on my school's Symplicity it probably went to others as well?

They are specific to that school. However employers can choose which school(s) and region(s) to list with. As a transfer student I had access to two different symplicity systems for a brief time and there was a huge variation in the job quantity and quality posted between schools.
