Two offers so far for me. One is to intern for the DA of a large city of 800,000 and be paid 11.00 an hour.
The other is to work for a 20 person firm and make $1,500 a week.
I am thinking about splitting between these two but if I can't will choose one. I'm more interested in the prosecution side of things than the firm job which would be med-mal, SS, workers comp type stuff. They do represent some unions and have some standing in the state Democratic Party which could be good for my political ambitions.
Anyways, thoughts? Just throwing it out there for conversation purposes, I'm sure I'm not the only one making some decisions right now.
Good luck to everyone in their respective job searches.

If this is a 1L summer internship, I say work for the firm and make the money, since at this point neither will probably lead to a full-time post-grad job. If it's for your 2L summer, consider a) which is most likely to give you a post-grad offer, and b) which you prefer working at long-term (and therefore don't really use the money as a factor)
