10+ of my class (2011) are finishing their last exams this december. yet they will officially graduate only after the results have come out in january. They are still members of the 2011 class. Yet on all their facebook accounts they are saying that they graduate 2010.
Is this delusional or what? it is not as if they are high achievers.... actually the conscientious and high achievers (cum laude ... above) did not even consider this option.

Sounds like you need to get a life/mind your own business.

Re: delusional
lol... what? i don't see why writing that you graduate in 2010 is some sort of high-achieving annoying thing to do. especially when it's facebook. and fwiw, i graduated college a semester early and i write "march [year]" on my resume because that's the official degree date. it confused a bunch of interviewers during OCI and I think it may be a better idea to just write "december [year before]" to avoid awkward exchanges when they question if you're making stuff up.
