Anyone know anything about this? I just completed a cb but i don't know how competitive this is. I also know of others who received a cb which made me devalue my own
any information would be great!

I know someone who works there and does hiring. He informed me it has gotten extremely competitive in the last few years. They really want people who are committed to and excited by energy.

No clue. Did you have a cb interview? I have one over the phone and I am not holding my breath. Which division is anyone interviewing with? Any divisions more competitive?Anonymous User wrote:i also heard it was extremely competitive. does anyone know when they're going to start making final decisions?

Re: FERC Summer Clerkship
I am thinking of applying next year. A friend of mine got a cb for last summer and said the selection process was pretty tough. He didn't get an offer, but wasn't planning on getting one anyway. He said not to expect a response until around Christmas.

I just completed a cb with FERC. I interviewed with the Energy Market regulation. They said they are hiring 3-4 interns so I'm not holding my breath but they seemed to be interested in my writing abilities and team work. Both of the interviewers said they weren't particularly interested in Energy or economics. I just said I was interested in working in an agency. I guess they will make their decision by Thanksgiving.

I have an interview coming up with them. Does anyone have any additional information about the program/interview process?
