Hey all. When is the latest you've heard someone get an SA offer? Could this go until Thanksgiving or later?

It depends on the firm. Vault firms tend to finish hiring in late October, I believe. Small and mid-sized firms may not start recruiting until October.

Offer 3 weeks after Callback.

I think the time between CB and Offer/Rejection depends on how early you had your CB scheduled in their recruiting cycle.
