Shearman or Jones Day in New York
I liked the people better at Shearman. Would it be stupid to pick the firm over Jones Day? Will one have better exit options than the other?

This is purely anecdotal, but a close friend of mine came down to the same options as you last year. He chose Shearman and ended up getting a lot more substantive work than classmates who went to Jones Day.

Why would it be stupid? Please don't tell me you're concerned with 5 slots on the vault ranking.Anonymous User wrote:I liked the people better at Shearman. Would it be stupid to pick the firm over Jones Day? Will one have better exit options than the other?
