You're kidding, right?
PW isn't exactly known for QOL (either is Proskauer) but it will have such astronomically better exit options I think you would be hard pressed to accept anywhere else. The only exception I can think of is if you were sure you wanted to do real estate, in which case Fried Frank maybe would be a decent choice.
