I have completed two callbacks so far - one last Wednesday, and one last Thursday. When should I start being worried that these firms rejected me? One week after the callback?
(Also, how do you guys keep up the morale during your other callbacks?)

If you get an envelope with the firm's return address on it, and haven't been informed of an offer via telephone first, that would probably be a good time to get concerned.
