pretty self-explanatory. leaning towards litigation (which I know could make the decision right there), but am unsure.

i can't imagine they are just going to leave it as is though? still, point taken, prob too much uncertainty to make it palatable choice with any other option.

Dude, if you want litigation, there is NO question here. clifford chance is an international behemoth that thrives on international transactions, NOT litigation. Gotta pick dechert.
