I interviewed last week as well. The woman I spoke with from recruiting said they meet weekly, but then said that decisions are usually made within two weeks.

I wonder if the weird weekend might make decisions come out a little later, like maybe this Friday?

I don't know whether this means anything but I have a CB at Kramer Sept 28, so I hope they don't give out too many offers before that

I think it varies by school, since some schools had their OCIs 2-3 weeks after some schools.

They're still conducting CBs this week, maybe they're waiting for all CBs to be done? A SA told me they don't CB a lot of people so maybe we'll all get offers! lol... wishful thinking.

Here's hoping. I really enjoyed the firm. I only wish it hadn't been my first callback. It feels as though I got much better at the process over the past couple of weeks.

Mine was this week and I have a friend who's also interviewing later this week. I wouldn't worry about it yet, it doesn't look like any offers have gone out from Kramer. We can all panic when the first news trickle in.

I got a phone call after business hours. I loved Kramer and am pretty close to accepting it, pending a couple of other places. Turn around was about 3-4 days, which was much quicker than I expected based on this thread.

This actually happened with me at another firm because I forged a close relationship with one of the interviewers and he wanted to tell me the good news early (though it was well after business hours)-- the next day the firm gave out the rest of its offers during business hours. Did you have a particularly good relationship with the person that called you with the offer?
