midlaw--how easy is it to lateral between nearby markets
Suppose I start out at a midlaw firm in a tertiary market--it's the best firm in that market--and i want to lateral after 2-3 years to a midlaw firm in a slightly larger market that's say 4 hours away in the same state. How feasible is that generally?
