Guy in another thread said turnaround was 1.5-2 weeks from callback --> offer.

Mine was much much shorter than 9 days. But I think it also depends on when you're doing the callbacks because the hiring committee most likely only meets once a week.

Phone call offer. Rejections usually come in snail mail or email. I know one firm (I think Proskauer) does phone rejections but I don't think Dewey does that.
