I know that the rates of callbacks turning into offers is all over the place.
What is the rate for *most* firms. I know some are 95%+, but is it a general rule that 50% of callbacks result in offers? My school offers me no data on this, but from what I gather CLS does. If you go to CLS and have data on this, please PM me, thanks.
