5-10% more offers would be better, but still not even close to what hiring was like in 2006 or 2007. The good ole days are gone.

I think it's safe to assume that the economy will be in the toilet more or less for the next 5 years, and that we will not return to boom time levels of lawyerly employment until its too late for pretty much everyone currently on TLS.
