At what point should you stop expecting pre-selects?
The OCI bidding period ended last Sunday night at my school. Since this time I have received 2 pre-selects. Is it safe to say that after a week since the bidding period has ended employers have already finalized their list of who they are going to interview?

It ends when your school says it ends.
