After finalizing my bids, I am starting to feel regret about my strategy. Basically, I only bid firms with a GPA above a 3.4. Many firms w/GPA above a 3.6. Split the firms in two markets. GPA is ~3.7. I don't have LR or another journal.
Anyone have thoughts or experience?

That's intelligent strategy. No journal or LR is bad and an X factor, but shouldn't really have materially changed bidding strategy.
