Patent Law Resume Question
This summer, I am working with an (unemployed) attorney to file a patent for someone. I am getting relevant patent experience, and am even making a little bit of money. The attorney I'm working for was a summer associate at Foley, and has had his starting date deferred for over a year now (he thinks at this point that he will likely not be hired). I have several interviews at SIPJF and Loyola, and would like to include this experience on my resume. It's not really an internship, and I'm definitely not a summer associate. How should I list this on my resume? Any help is greatly appreciated!!
