SJU OCI

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Jun 22, 2010 4:36 pm

Anyone know how the top 30%-50% usually fare at St. John's OCI? Do only the top 10%-15% typically get SA positions from OCI?

ITE, would probably be more like top 5% for the big firms. I doubt a 30-50% would get any interviewers (unless some small firms show up).

Top 5% in any economy. SJU is not the kind of school you can attend and rely upon OCI. You need to go there understanding that in all liklihood, any success you have will be built upon your ability to beat the fucking pavement and scrounge yourself up a job and hopefully go from there. OCI is for top law schools only.

~25 firms at OCI this coming August and almost all of them have Top 10% + Law Review/Journal cutoffs. Also, most are only interviewing 10 people. Coming to SJU and planning to rely on OCI is suicide.
