What grades would you need at a lower top 14 for DOJ?

So what kind of grades would you need at a lower top 14 to get DOJ? Information regarding grades required for either the summer program or full time employment would be appreciated.

Usually only a handful of grads from these schools join DOJ each year. Some of them are also coming off Fed Clerkships. So, far from a sure thing.
