who was set up as a mentor by my school at 5pm EST, but hasn't called. Do I call him, or do I wait till later/tomorrow to e-mail him? (He is on the west coast, I am on the east coast temporarily.)
I was thinking he might be busy at the time we scheduled, or forgot.....?

I was in a similar situation, and decided not to call since attorneys (especially biglaw) are extremely busy.
However, he called three days after and answered all my questions.
So, I would say wait for him to call.
Good Luck!
