Help: how to list US Attorney's on Resume?

Hey all,

Need to submit this by 5 p.m. today.

How should I list U.S Attorney's Office on Resume?
Should it say: DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE, U.S. ATTORNEY’S OFFICE, CRIMINAL DIVISION, BOSTON, MA?

U.S. ATTORNEY’S OFFICE, CRIMINAL DIVISION, BOSTON, MA?

U.S. ATTORNEY’S OFFICE, BOSTON, MA?

Also, should I list my job as "summer intern" or "summer extern." The office I am working for calls it an externship.

U.S. ATTORNEY’S OFFICE, CRIMINAL DIVISION, BOSTON, MA + summer extern (if thats what they call it)
