Real question- why the fuck would the ABA care? It's not like everyone doesn't already look at the vault rankings. I question whether anyone would even look at the USNews rankings for law firms being that vault rankings are the standard now (kinda like how no one cares about the vault rankings of law schools).

The ABA is concerned that USNWR will do to law firms what it has done to law schools. They don't know what will happen, they're worried about what might happen.
