Too late to matter?

Post by Anonymous User » Sat Jan 23, 2010 5:14 pm

Is it too late to fire off a few more resumes? Grades are here, and now I have a shred of hope. (My GPA might be the only thing I have going for me, though.)

Please note that I am not targeting firms, and do not expect to be paid.

Can any fellow students advise? Thanks so much.

I don't think it's too late... some of the jobs I applied for aren't interviewing until March.

This is the OP: Were these PI jobs in New York? Some of my classmates are getting offers already.

yup... I only applied for jobs in NY. A bunch of my classmates have offers, as well, but hiring schedules vary a lot depending on where you apply.

Seriously glad to hear that. I might stop freaking out now. Thank you.
