Do judges generally let you do split summers?
If so, how long does a judge typically want you to work for them? Thanks!

I'm probably working for a guy in a trial court who semi-encouraged me to split. My career services person said it's fairly common.

I just talked to a career counselor at UT today, and she encouraged me to split.
