Has anyone heard of someone getting an S&C offer but not on the spot. I had 4 great interviews today but went to visit the hiring partner and was told that not everyone had gotten their evaluations in. Just wondering if this is there nice way of letting me down. My grades are definitely probably on their lower end but I am a good interviewer and have 4 years of work experience. Maybe my grades are the ultimate killer. Just curious if anyone knows people who do get offers after the initial interview?

Happy for everyone with offers. Wondering if there are people out there without any offers yet? Or even people with no CBs. I don't want to be depressing.... but it would be good for some of us who are having a harder time to know if we are alone or if there are a lot of people having a tough time.

I know of a few people who haven't gotten any callbacks. 24 NY interviews, 4 CB/15 rejection/5 silence. One callback completed a week+ ago, no word yet.
