Has anyone heard back from Latham screener?
I haven't heard of anyone so I'm assuming this is the longest snail mail ding in history.

I haven't had screener dings from Proskauer and Paul Hastings - both firms I'm pretty interested in. Worth reaching out to recruiting or should I just sit and wait to see what happens?

Latham turned around quick; calls started a couple hours after the screener. This may not be universal, though; YMMV.Anonymous User wrote:Has anyone heard back from Latham screener?

If you mean Paul Hastings NY, I would say def reach out. Their recruiting team was extremely/quickly responsive every time I reached out to them.Anonymous User wrote:I haven't had screener dings from Proskauer and Paul Hastings - both firms I'm pretty interested in. Can you elaborate on this statement?Anonymous User wrote:Shearman and Sterling offer, 3 days after CB.
Btw I went 2/26 at EIW despite a high GPA. I used the OCS 'record interview' tool, saw the retarded faces and inarticulate pauses I make, worked on it after EIW, and haven't bombed an interview since (successful screener with White & Case also).
Practice matters. And even if you don't have many CBs, remember, the hard part was getting in the door. They're already impressed enough to hire you. Unless they're Davis Polk.

Did Lowenstein at least get your law school right? The rejection letter they sent me wished me luck with my 2L year at Rutgers.

If recruiting tells you about offer dinners and such at a callback, is that a good sign or standard fare? 5th callback, no offers yet, and this is the first time it's ever happened to me.

If anyone has heard from Troutman Sanders, K&L Gates, Kasowitz, or Paul Hastings after a callback, would you please say how long after you heard back, and if it was a rejection, if it was through email or snail mail? Thank you!
