I guess they're less nerve-wracking. I wouldn't ever say they're difficult, they're just long and painful; that part doesn't change.

My first CB post offer was a blast. I loosened my tie; ordered beer at lunch; I asked tough questions; talked about random shit; really felt like I was evaluating the firm more than vice-versa.

After you have an offer, the CB experience becomes infinitely better bc you're not as nervous and you have more confidence. I think my first CB (post offer) was my best interview yet because I actually sounded like a normal person.

Had a CB earlier this week, then tonight I received an invitation to the "Offer Dinner" via email. Didn't they skip a step?

Not yet, but I got an offer at my top choice, so I'll be withdrawing from SRZ. It is an awesome firm and hopefully I open up a spot for another GULC person. Good luck
