Similar position (1 rejection, 5 I haven't heard from).

It is standard to get a definitive rejection in writing, correct? They don't just leave you hanging?

Has anyone heard from Fitzpatrick Cella yet? Is it safe to assume that we've been dinged if we haven't heard a peep from them so far?

can anyone pls point to a list of IP firms in NYC, ranked per size or # of patent field, or similar? you'd think such a thing would be readily available (finding one for boston only took a cursory google search), but i can't seem to find one. thx.
