Shearman and Sterling offer, 3 days after CB.

Btw I went 2/26 at EIW despite a high GPA. I used the OCS 'record interview' tool, saw the retarded faces and inarticulate pauses I make, worked on it after EIW, and haven't bombed an interview since (successful screener with White & Case also).

Practice matters. And even if you don't have many CBs, remember, the hard part was getting in the door. They're already impressed enough to hire you. Unless they're Davis Polk.

As someone with a good amount of cbs but keeps getting post callback rejections this isn't very comforting.

Congrats on the offer!

Definitely call them back. It's a one minute phone call - tell them you are very happy. They typically don't expect an answer on the spot and are usually nice and brief.
