Yeah. quick turn around. This was a few weeks ago though.
I got a very quick turn-around for a callback invitation, but I haven't heard either way in relation to an offer. Did you hear from them for an offer or ding?

I heard the hiring committee is a bit behind because of the holidays. Should hear this week.

Agree! I have other firms calling to follow up on offers and hate stringing them along.

I know that after their last "super interview" day they had not had a chance to meet as of last week, so definitely not a cause for concern. But... definitely still a headache. :(

Likely isn't news that matters, but I know that Paul Hastings had an offer reception last night. Doesn't mean they aren't still giving out offers. Maybe this was only for people that interviewed awhile ago.

Does Paul Hastings give out email rejections post-CB? Or is it via snail mail?

Got a ding by mail about 7 business days after CB - so probably mailed about a week after CB.

If anyone is deciding between offers from Hughes Hubbard and another firm and you're absolutely on the fence, i.e. about to resort to a coin flip...please pick the other offer

Not a CLS student, but I interviewed with A&O on 9/5 and got a ding letter about a week later.

For all the A&O waiters: got an offer about two and a half weeks after the CB.

And lots of "lower ranked" firms take longer to make their decisions.

FYI, the wait list thing is real (I thought career services made it up so we'd have a shred of hope and wouldn't all freak out right away). I had a CB with Paul Hastings on the first super interview day and after weeks of silence, last week I got an email from recruiting saying I was still up for consideration, followed by a call with an offer a day or two later.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
