mmm. I just try to be really friendly. I make some jokes. I try to get them talking about themselves. I try to keep interjecting myself once I've asked a question instead of just sitting their nodding.

I also try to ask questions they're not getting in every interview. things about client demands for creative fee agreements, relationships with clients, areas of growth, etc.

Today has been pretty boring. But I did get a snail mail rejection from Caplin and Drysdale. That's something! I'm so sorry, Mr. Caplin. I wanted to be as good as you, I really did. It seems I never will be.

I'm really sorry to hear about that :(. Can I ask when they interviewed at UVA? Just curious if I should expect mine when I get home this evening.
