Just an FYI for people going to the BU OCI - the "shuttle bus" is a large Peter Pan bus. There is only one (which is only the beginning of how poorly this seems to have been planned). It has been over 40 minutes late (yes, on the "fifteen minute" runs so it will leave every half hour). Also, when waiting at BU for the bus, someone from the CDO was there and kept saying the bus was five minutes away (for about fifteen minutes at least).
I'd suggest either getting there ridiculously early to wait for the bus or taking a taxi or some other means to get to the DoubleTree.
