Does anyone know the timetable for Chicago diversity SA positions relative to when we sent grades? I applied to a lot of them but haven't had any contact since the confirmation replies.

Can we add some sort of notice to the OP asking people to disclose school/GPA range when they mention firm offers? People have been great about sharing when prompted, but it seems silly to go through the whole process every time.

From what I understand, doing your 1L summer in a prosecutor's office is something that's ok and easy enough to spin if you want to do PD work after, but doing more than one internship with the other side is frowned upon (and potentially auto-ding). If you're on the fence, go wherever most appeals to you; if you're set on doing defense or prisoner's rights work, take the death sentence gig.

Gotcha. I will probably go the firm route for a few years then exit to PI work. My resume screams PI right now, so I thought the USAO would be a good balancing point to help with OCI.
