“Flat is the new up,” said Michael Karp, chief executive officer of recruitment firm Options Group Inc. It’s a feat for any bank to maintain its pool amid elevated costs from compliance and new regulations, he said.

The rest of that paragraph prety much says that the banks have less money because they have to pay lawyers more! NY to 190 + Bonus

The 1800 hour minimum was widely discussed, but a forgotten part of the new requirement is that you have to dress like an F. Scott Fitzgerald character fucked a game show host: http://mobile.nytimes.com/2015/12/04/fa ... .html?_r=1

All you mouthbreathers that come itt and vote AFTER bonuses are announced are less than useless.
They did the same thing in last year's thread too. What exactly compels someone to anonymously predict something that's already happened? Wanna tell me how President Kennedy's trip to Dallas is gonna go while you're at it?
MO is it possible to lock the poll after the first announcement?
If there's a way to do that, I don't know what it is.

We'll know anyway that a small majority voted for bonuses staying the same, with most of the rest predicting they would be up.
Screen cap the results upon announcement, add image to OP.
