A couple of callbacks, but just getting around to them. This process was fairly slow and there was a large gap between the screener and the callback.

Thanks! One of Big 4, one satellite of a large firm. Took the satellite

Congrats! What made you choose the satellite over the Big 4?

Honestly based on all the information I could find, it seemed like the satellite did more than just DE corps issues while the Big 4 firm was constrained to that, and that was a big deal for me, because I don't want to be limited to that forever. Obviously I don't know for sure, but hoping it pans out. I figure I'll see next summer whether my assessment was right, and will get experience and money either way

Anyone have any updates here? I'm curious to know if any firms are moving. It feels like I did my screener interviews months ago for this fair. Well...because it has been a couple months now.

I didn't obtain my interview with Potter via the either fairs but had a callback with them over a month ago and haven't heard a thing. I think they are waiting until they bring in all of their call-backs to make decisions (despite recruiter who said they were moving quickly and already had 3 offers out before mid-August) b/c I haven't heard of any offer (at least through here) go out in a long while

This must be the worst part of the entire process is waiting to hear back. Although the firm I interviewed at told me it will be a little while before hearing back, it is almost 4 weeks and the anxiety alarms are going off. Considering sending an email indicating continued interest, but every communication is a chance to make a mistake and thereby probably ill-advised. Hang in there. Hopefully this week?

I can second this. I didn't hear back from a firm that I had a screener with for over a month and then finally got a callback. I wasn't even in a 'secondary' pile either. This firm did 1 round of callbacks but it took them a while to make their decision. It has been a month since that callback and I haven't heard from them and I know this firms sends dings right away. In Delaware, no news is good(ish) news. Good luck, everyone!

Accepted another offer & withdrew from consideration about a week ago, at which point it had been roughly a month and two weeks since my CB and it had been radio silence. I emailed twice to update that I was still very interested and got a response once out of the two times so maybe try that. Recruiter told me during my CB that if it was close between candidates and one articulated interest more than the other that could tip the scale.
