Notre Dame class of 2017 is doing very well in hiring this year. That "% at NLJ 250 firms" statistic is definitely going up from the 2015 numbers

I wouldn't be surprised if the Notre Dame % rose from 21.23% for the class of 2015 to 30%-35% for the class of 2017. Data is partially available and it is very strong.

On the flip side, wouldn't be surprised if UIUC dropped from 25%

I second the uiuc dropping comment. Know of a good number of strikeouts, myself included. And the strikeouts are top 10-15%, not someone near median

WUSTL may be on par for the course.

OCI is always random at UIUC if you're not top 10%. Even if you are you can still lose it if you're a bad interviewer. That 25% statistic is misleading because it includes IP kids, transfers, and diversity candidates. I've heard the numbers for big law will be going up altogether or staying the same at the worst.

OCI at WUSTL is never guaranteed but generally, it is who collects the most checkmarks (Gpa/extracurriculars/journal/work experience/hustle) gets jobs. There haven't been any aberrations that I've seen. The non-ranked students getting jobs are the ones that people would expect to get jobs.
