Have any 3Ls received offers yet? I had a CB 2 weeks ago and assumed I was getting dinged until I received that Weil Alert yesterday. Obviously could still end in a ding, but I assume it at least meant one wasn't already in the mail...

Also, are post-CB rejections being sent by email or snail mail?

2L, but got mine by snail mail.
Sorry to hear that but I have two questions: (1) how many days after your CB did the letter come (2) are you still receiving Weil email alerts?

Until the ding comes I wouldn't worry there are a few cases on TLS where offers were given 3 weeks post CB...

Idk... granted, 3L here, so the process might be slower, but I did my CB almost two weeks ago and have heard nothing. Also at a NYC school, so I think if I'd been outright rejected, the mail could've made it's way through Manhattan by now (they've definitely sent some post-CB snail mail dings). They might just hold a lot of people until they sort stuff out...

For people who are worried, just know the Weil is all over the place with this process. I did a Thursday evening CB. I saw that some people heard the following Friday morning, literally less than 16 hours later.

I didn't hear until the following Wednesday night at like 10pm when a partner called me. Then I didn't get my official offer letter until last Saturday 9/6 and it was dated roughly two weeks earlier.

Uncertainty sucks but not having heard back when others have is not indicative of anything other than that they don't have their act together on your file.
