Also, has anybody heard anything (screener, callback, or offer) from Dinsmore Cincinnati?

Porter Wright Columbus offer. Callback was last week.
I think they said they're looking to take 5-6 or so.

silence here. Other posters mentioned an end of the month timeline, so I'm assuming we're in for a response very soon. Does anyone know how many SAs they are planning on taking?

To the anon with the Porter Wright offer, any idea what the CB to offer rate is? Also, any tips on their interview process?

No idea about CB to offer ratio. From my correspondence with them, they seem to be close to the end of their recruiting season.
As for the interview, the partners grilled me pretty hard during the CB. I was convinced they didn't like me, but that might just be their MO.
I don't know anyone else interviewing with them, so I'm not sure if my experience was typical or not.

I didn't feel that I was grilled at Porter Wright. I thought the experience was one of the better ones I had this cycle.

CB's next week at Taft and Thompson Hine, both in Ohio. Screeners last week, just scheduled CB yesterday. Out of state school with ties to area.

Porter Wright grilled me about my background, my summer work, practice area leanings, why a law firm instead of other work...it seemed like they grilled me about everything at the time. Maybe they just see who can take the pressure. It's a high-pressure field I suppose.
They have been very nice and helpful since the offer though.

Hopefully they were looking for a perfect fit and thought you were it.
Columbus office? If so, how odd was the lighting in that place? It was so dark even at the elevator bank. My favorite was when they talked about extensive renovations to the lobby and meeting areas. Yet it still looked like 1988.
