Recruiting staff has a high turnover rate. It's likely that someone who is new or unfamiliar with Penn simply wanted some "missing" information when trying to put candidates in the database. Just submit the paragraph about Penn's grading system.

Did you guys interview with a partner or an associate? I haven't heard anything, but hoping its just because I interviewed with an associate who didn't make such quick decisions (though deep down I know I'm rejected haha).
