Bumping this thread.

K-JD, lower T14, probably just below the start of the bottom 1/3 with a strong upward trend.

4 CBs*, three of which are in my lower T14's market, to which I have iron-clad ties. Only issue is the tiny-as-fuck class sizes (6, 4, 3, and 3), and the first two firms are seeking to hire significantly fewer this year than last. Post-CB dinged at the first two. Still waiting on the last, which make their decision en masse sometime in the next couple weeks.

Looking forward to striking out. :|

*Technically got three more, but they were solely the result of someone doing some light lifting and calling in a quarter-favor (IE, getting an interview that was bound to land straight in the rejection pile, so I'm not counting those).

Bumping this thread for the 2015 OCI cycle. Checking in from CCN. I know there's a handful of you all in the same position. Let's bid smart and do this right!

Same here. What cities are you targeting with mass mail?

Checking in. Lower T-14, probably around lower 30-40%. Mass-mailing NYC, DC, Boston, and smaller east-coast home market. How expansive should we make our search even if we don't have ties to a market? Apply broadly and fake it till we make it (get offered)?

Does "bid NYC transactional" refer to bidding on firms that focus on transactional work (even if you say you are interested in lit), or that your personal narrative should be focused on transactional work, regardless of the firm?

Below median at NU, looking for the most conservative strategy.

3.1x at CCN, checking in. Finishing up my bidlist, then moving on to preparing mass mailing... need to learn how to even do that...
