Just on campus. Response from my Dec 1 app, their request for grades, my sending of grades.
Edit: got Houston BB interview request as well.

Well considering I'm just about 100% sure what school you go to, I can say it's a safe bet those two can be considered de facto dings for me

V10 callback. Straight to callback, T6 with interesting pre LS experience. Median grades, but they haven't asked for them yet...

This opens up a can of worms, people on TLS get ready to throw down every time this debate rages
But the correct answer is unnecessary

you listed zero firms, although every firm is probably interviewing multiple people and you'd remain anonymous. Why would this help?

I didn't try for the private sector at all, but at least in the DC area the first wave of government stuff has gone out. Just accepted at a USAO. Good luck to everyone

Awesome man! I'm interviewing next week with the USAO in the district in which I would like to eventually practice. Fingers are crossed.
If you've got any tidbits you think may help, let me know. Also, how long from interview to notification for your office?

Thanks man. I think it was about a week-ish.
You're a vet too, right? I think that helped me. I think public service in general is well received. Beyond that, all the questions I got were pretty standard: why law school, why are you interested in working here, what questions do you have about our office, etc. It was pretty relaxed and friendly.

Yeah, I'm a vet. I figured it'd be a pretty standard interview, so that's good. Thanks!

Just for the record, I have known USAOs to throw hypos at you in interviews for summer positions. Obviously (from above) plenty don't, but just keep in mind that it's possible. (Usually there's no correct answer, they want to see how you reason out whatever answer you come to.)
And congrats Main!

Did you cast a wide net as far as diversity programs and secondary markets? Those that have heard from places like Cooley, Cleary, Jones Day, etc. appear to be SEO participants. I know a number of firms reached out to the last SEO class encouraging them to apply. Other firms only exclusively hire SEO 1Ls. Just something to consider on why there may be silence.

Did any diverse applicant apply to TCDIP ? I wonder how competitive it is to land an interview with one of the participating firms.
