what is the GPA for bottom 1/3? And when did you get the callbacks? Did you get it right away? As a person in the same boat perhaps, I am very envious!
Most of my callbacks came right after the screener, one came earlier this week. My GPA is 3.18 (I figured this would be bottom 1/3rd and would be more accurate than "below median").

Keep on hustling

I am !! I am waiting on smaller DC offices. Which firms are you waiting on? Have you heard anything about DLA piper?

Just from screeners, I've heard nothing from: Troutman Sanders, O'Melveny, Groom Law, Morrison & Foerster, Brown Rudnick, and Sullivan Cromwell.

I also mass mailed (top 5%; born in D.C.) all of the large DC firms that I did not have a screener with, in addition to 100 (give or take a few) other small/medium firms. I'm hoping this doesn't mean all dings?

CBs so far: Venable, Jones Day, and Sheppard Mullin.

It has been the third week.

Still three firms heard of nothing, the hope is low, but still want to ask:

O'Melvony (Asia Office)

Baker & Botts (DC)

Nixon Peabody (DC)

Has anyone heard back from them?

Thanks.

Top 15%, gambled hard only on DC. Out of 13 screeners, I got 7 CBs. 1 offer so far from V10.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
