Has anyone else not heard a peep from most of the firms they interviewed with at OCI? I had 16 screeners, only heard back from 1 so far.

19 total (plus a ton of hospitality suite drops); 6 rejections, 0 CB's. Not hopeful the rest of my screeners turn into anything except more rejections.

New poster. I had 18, 16 NYC, 6 rejects (1 from DC, 5 from NYC) 2 call backs, both from NYC.

ok, "omg no cbs," but this isn't much use w/o stats ... strikeout people, do you just suck? roughly what gpa or % (using the baum clerkship letter), what markets targeted, what do you think went wrong? is all of Michigan in the shitter, or just people at a certain rank / targeting a certain market?

Relax, it's not Michigan at all. I'm probably the most predominant "strikeout" poster ITT, and I'm a transfer and very likely a horrible interviewer (my firm list/market was perfectly fine). As far as I know/have seen, everyone did pretty well and seemed pretty happy at the hotel and the journal stuff I've done so far, and while maybe people are lying or putting on a show, I pretty much feel like the only NYC-only-strikeout victim (although if anyone wants to have a "we suck at OCI" pity-party, please feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to set up a night of sorrow-drowning

).

But I'm an outlier and I fully admit to it. I personally get the sense that most people at Michigan did very well at OCI. Maybe I'm wrong about that, but I certainly haven't gotten a sense of panic or depression surrounding campus so far at all.
