Just an FYI I got a PDUBs callback during my screener. They call back very quickly to make sure everyone can come to dinner.

Maybe we never received this, but I think I recall seeing an Excel sheet w/ info on callback-to-offer ratios at different firms. Does anyone know where to access this info? (though admittedly I may just be imagining things here)

Basically the same advice for screeners applies to callbacks. Presumably you've passed the grade/credentials stage, which means you have some baseline level of qualifications the firm is looking for. That's of course not to say that your interviewers won't all have your grades and resume sitting on their desk. But at the callback stage you're definitely trying to demonstrate your personality and fit to your interviewers more than anything. Ask them questions that you're truly curious about. Ask them about the firm and their work and how they developed and whatever else comes up in the interview.

Just be personable and enthusiastic about the firm and don't make any huge social faux pas and you'll be fine. You probably won't convert every callback but that's the best you can do.
