Truth be told, I'm a USC/UCLA student who found your original post through a forum search. I had the CB on the 30th and haven't heard back yet. No clue if they've given out offers or rejections yet. There isn't much info out there on Pillsbury LA specifically. Did they tell you when you could expect to hear back? I didn't ask and they didn't tell me.

I asked and was told "the end of next week at the earliest," i.e. last Friday I guess? So hopefully that means silence isn't necessarily a bad sign, but who knows.

I still haven't heard back post-screener from Covington or Gibson. Do they really waitlist people this long, did I miss an e-mail, or are they just too rude to let me know that I've not been given a CB?

I still haven't heard back from 7 firms... pretty sure they keep a handful in case they screw up the number of CBs given initially, so I think it's still possible you'll get a CB.

To confirm the above: I received a callback from an EIW screener this afternoon. Naming the firm would probably out me, but it's neither Covington nor GDC. It's a NYC firm.

I think it was either early last week, or late the week before. edit: Sorry I won't have a more definite answer. I'll ask him and get back to you.
