Got a screener from Skadden after missing out on bidding at OCI and not coming to their hospitality suite. Guess I shouldn't f this up...considering OCI hasn't gone incredibly well.

Does anyone know if Pillsbury (DC) or Nixon Peabody (DC) have sent out callbacks or dings?

Has anyone heard from Bryan Cave (NY), Norton Rose (DC), Kelley Drye (NY), or Young Conaway (DE)?

I'm still waiting on them as well... I know some people received callbacks from them last week. So are we done or are we waitlisted (if there's such a thing)?Anonymous User wrote:Does anybody know if Dechert (NY) and Cahill (NY) gave out dings or they just silently reject ppl?

Woo hoo! Williams & Connolly ding by snail mail. Oh, the cream-colored paper even SMELLS of too-much-prestige-for-you.
In all seriousness, though, I'm going to be dropping some DC callbacks, so I hope that gets more people here some opportunities!

Anyone else have multiple out-of-state CBs scheduled for the same day? Any reason this would be a problem if the schedules work?

I'd like to know about Norton Rose (DC) as well. I know Norton Rose had a dinner after their interviews, but has there been any movement at all since then?Anonymous User wrote:Has anyone heard from Bryan Cave (NY), Norton Rose (DC), Kelley Drye (NY), or Young Conaway (DE)?

Anyone heard of CBs from OMM DC? I'm assuming that the silence is just the sound of a snail mail ding slowly making its way to my mailbox . . .

I also did not get a cb from them nor heard of anyone who did.
To be fair, I may have described all the hard work I do to a firm that is known for... well... a less intense lifestyle. So... I don't think a cb was in the cards anyway.

Yes. I heard back from a few very quickly but it's been silent for almost a week now (except for one mid-week ding).Anonymous User wrote:Is anyone else still waiting on a significant number of firms?

Re: Georgetown EIW 2014
I've had a mix - 4 cb's, 5 dings, 2 probable dings-by-silence, and 3 who-knows-what-this-silence-means, all in the DC market. 2 Cb's came early, 2 came at the end of EIW week, and the dings have been a delightful trickle throughout.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
