Shoot. This makes me sad.

Keep your head up and have a beer. We have no idea if these folks will accept or not.

Offer tonight. Interviewed a week ago.
Your interview was last Friday? If you don't mind sharing, what time did you get the call?

Has anyone who went to their callback night on 8/28 heard anything?
Yes, interviewed last Friday morning. Got the call around 8:30/9pm.

Ties help a lot! Also, the classes are smaller and the firms seem to be a bit more selective so grades and LR are obviously helping people quite a bit. That being said, I don't have amazing grades and am not on LR and still did just fine.

Also, mass mailing has helped more than a few people in this area. And finally, do regionals. Penn sets you up with multiple interviews and you don't have to bid on them so it's a pretty sweet deal.

No offer and I only have one callback left. Super depressing.

For those of you who have had callbacks in NY and DC and basically anywhere not in Philly, how did you get reimbursed for your expenses? NALP Form? How do we find out who at the firms to send those to?

DC firms gave me NALP form. Safest bet is just to send in receipts with nalp form.

Look at the recruiting part of each firm's website. They usually have a section re: reimbursement that will say who to mail the NALP form to.

Has anyone been dinged by Davis Polk NY from the screener stage? I still haven't heard from them, it's now been 3 1/2 weeks.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
