Finalist for SF-ATR. Didn't get it for DC, but that may be a blessing in disguise being gay and concerned about Pence's ability to undermine anti discrimination guidelines within the federal government or Congress's control over DC laws.

Deanna has said there may be more coming. For those curious she said "some" crim and civ tax finalists were posted.

Me too She used the word "some" and said she does not know if this list is final so there may be SOME hope. But, she also did not say whether more are coming.

re: EOIR OCIJ, I understand this component takes longer than the rest, but anyone think they're still being held to the nov. 18 deadline to designate finalists and therefore will reflect on avue? im thinking about this too much....

I'm right there with you - I know we can't do anything but wait, but the waiting is so tough. My status hasn't changed and component is still listed. Any EOIR interviewees seeing changes?

I have a feeling EOIR(OCIJ) will be internally submitted at 4:59 on Friday and updated Monday, unless Deana pities us.

Congrats to everyone who's a finalist (although it's certainly more bittersweet than expected). Any movement on CRT? And do we think they're actually going to hire 6 instead of 12, given rumors that it may be cut in half?

Quoted posted. I hope this is true, but I'm keeping expectations low. But her comments do seem to indicate that there weren't too many finalists posted, leading her to think that there could be more. Spreadsheet says that a few TLS members are finalists for tax, but there haven't been any offers reported. That suggests that they're still working through the list. That's the best scenario I can paint for us lol

Yes, as a tax finalist I'm very unclear on what is happening. No one I know of has received an offer at this point for at least Tax Crim, and my understanding is that they aren't close to making those calls yet. But who knows?

I know Deana said NSD finalists were posted, but does that include the FBI, which seems to fall under the NSA? Anyone hear anything?

Does anyone have any info regarding the UST? According to the spreadsheet, no references have been called. Last year, it seemed the UST was one of the last components (possibly, the last) to name finalists and make offers.

congrats to you too. I thought the same thing, but why wait so long to give out offers? Obviously that assumes that those who've posted on the spreadsheet last week would report the offers.

Just so we have the maximum number of permutations on here: I interviewed with Tax Civ and another component. A couple days ago the other component disappeared but Tax Civ remained. This morning finalist for other component appeared and Tax Civ disappeared. This afternoon Tax Civ reappeared. So lots of ways to end up a finalist, hold onto hope.
