Looks like today has been the day of the ding. Have any actual CBs come through so far, or all dings?

Literally less than half of the firms I interviewed for have either given me a CB/ding, or have been mentioned in this thread.
Wtf. Is it just slow this year, or should I write off all the remaining firms?

Re: Georgetown EIW - 2016
I REALLY hate to be a pessimist, especially because I'm in the same boat as you and know at least one of my firms has truly been radio silent across the board and is known to not release anything until about a week after EIW. But with that being said, this forum is really missing a lot. I learned more by texting friends who also interviewed with the same firms/offices I had, and I found that even though this forum and my experience made me believe nothing had been released, in fact cbs had gone out for them last week. And I did no NY or DC offices for anything.Anonymous User wrote:Maybe half are non-DC/NYAnonymous User wrote:Small markets?Anonymous User wrote:Literally less than half of the firms I interviewed for have either given me a CB/ding, or have been mentioned in this thread.

Again, don't want to be a pessimist or a downer or anything, but I think if you want a better perspective, reach out to people you know who also interviewed with the same firm/office
Also as a reminder, we are starting to enter the 7 day window (albeit not 7 business days though) since half the interviews happened during EIW, so you can start to reach out to firms to follow-up. Tread with caution, but it's not as taboo now as it would've been last week.

Has Arnold and Porter DC sent out both dings and callbacks? What if they have and one hasn't received either?
